White Chocolate Cranberry Cookies

My sister Brooke’s friend Christine brought these White Chocolate Cranberry Cookies to our Holiday Cookie Swap. You guys all know how much I love cranberry anything (well, except cranberry juice – blech), so I’m sure you can imagine how excited I was about these. They’re soft and chewy with the perfect combination of sweetness and tartness from the white chocolate and cranberry. They just taste like the holidays to me.

Pumpkin is the best! It always says fall to me:) I ended up making my own puree this year and I really think it tasted better.

I love this recipe also. I think, I should stop looking at your blog. You will keep me baking for weeks. I am not really complaining.
