Week of Cupcakes Recap

Well I hope you enjoyed my Week of Cupcakes. I’m hoping to do this again sometime featuring various foods and/or ingredients. Let’s see what I made this week.
I started the week with some Chocolate Chocolate Cupcakes from Martha Stewart. You really can’t go wrong with chocolate-chocolate.
Next came the “is it a dessert or a breakfast?” Cinnamon Roll Cupcake with Cream Cheese Frosting. I will definitely be making these again!
Midweek brought the Caramel Almond Chocolate Cupcakes – the filling in these cupcakes is so good, I found myself eating it with a spoon!
For a unique twist on a cupcake, I whipped up some Strawberry Peach Basil Cupcakes that were quite heavenly.
And lastly, I made some Pink Lemonade Cupcakes.









I am Jen the Beantown Baker. Engineer by day and baking maven by night. Hubby serves as my #1 fan and official taste tester. We got hitched back in 2006. Barefoot. In the sand. With the waves crashing behind us. It was one of the best decisions we’ve ever made.
