Week of Butternut Squash Recap
I really enjoyed this week’s featured ingredient. I hope you did too! And for those of you who don’t like butternut squash (*ahem* Katie), maybe you’ll be inspired to give it another shot. Here’s a recap of what I made this week.
I kicked things off with some Caramelized Butternut Squash.
Next, I made some Butternut Squash, Goat Cheese, and Lentil Salad.
Wednesday I Wrapped Butternut Squash with Bacon – YUM!
Then I featured a recipe that Hubby and I enjoy on a regular basis, Butternut Squash Lasagna Rolls.
