Week of Cranberries Recap

I love cooking and baking with cranberries. This week I featured 5 cranberry recipes that we’ve enjoyed.

To kick things off, I shared the apple cranberry cake pie. It was great served warm with vanilla ice cream on top!

Next I went savory and made a crockpot cranberry pork. This would be great for any holiday gathering.

Another savory dish came next. The couscous salad with butternut squash and cranberries just tastes like fall.

Back into the land of the sweets, the cranberry caramel tart came next.

And lastly, some delicious cranberry pumpkin and apple muffins.
