Week of Strawberries Recap

I had a lot of fun doing a week of strawberry this week. Here’s a recap of the recipes I posted:

I started the week with some delicious Strawberry Cobblers that Hubby and I enjoyed with ice cream on top!

Next, I went savory and made a Spinach and Strawberry Salad

Adding blueberries into the mix yielded some delicious Strawberry and Blueberry Jam

Then I went savory again and made this unique and delicious Salmon with Strawberry and Tomato Salsa

And I finished up the week with some Strawberry Shortcake Cookies
