Chocolate covered strawberries are so simple to make. And they make great gifts or garnishes for cakes, brownies, cupcakes etc. I wanted to share the process I used for making chocolate covered strawberries since Valentine’s Day is coming up soon.

I didn’t tell them. Didn’t want a riot on my hands 😉 We ate a few and then I threw the rest in some ice cream… You know me.

I can’t decide if I like the peach or blueberry variety better… I bet they’d be good with a combination of blueberries and peaches…
