Thanks to every one entered in my I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter holiday bakeoff giveaway. Unfortunately, I didn’t win the bakeoff, but be sure to check out Sara’s winning Snowball Cupcakes. I’ll be posting about the trip to NYC and the bakeoff starting next week since I’ve got a big week of something coming up this week. Be sure to check back tomorrow to see which seasonal ingredient I’ll be featuring.

And now on to the winner. I used Random.org to generate a random integer between 1 and 486. I was shocked when such a low number popped up. I always get nervous commenting on giveaways early on because low numbers never seem to get chosen. Not the case this time.
