Strawberry filled cupcakes

Strawberry Filled Cupcakes (makes 24)
1 box French Vanilla cake mix
1 tub cream cheese frosting
strawberry preserves

Prepare cupcakes as described on box.

Allow to cool completely.

Fill each cupcake with about a teaspoon of strawberry preserves using the Cone Method.

Frost with cream cheese frosting.

    I made these last night to bring to my fiance at the precinct – and before they could get there today, they were all eaten at work this morning. They’re unbelievable!!!
