Holiday Bakeoff

Remember the I Can’t Believe it’s Not Butter holiday bakeoff? On November 12, I had the opportunity to go to the ICBINB test kitchen for a demo and the bakeoff. Even though I didn’t win the bakeoff (Congrats to Sara for winning!), I had a blast meeting some new bloggers and learning about ICBINB.

Check out the test kitchens!

Chef Normajean Longfield did a demo and answered questions for us.

These are the triple chocolate cookies that Normajean made during her demo.

This is the delicious lunch that I had while in the test kitchens. All of these recipes use ICBINB and are available on their website.

These are some of the desserts that were in the holiday bakeoff. Everything was delicious!

I snapped this picture of the George Washington bridge while we were heading back into New York City. Thanks again to I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter for this amazing opportunity!

I love your SF recaps! It’s one of my favorite cities and I can’t wait to go back! I love Russian River…I was there for the Super Bowl this year and it was so fun! Plus, the Pliny Bites are DELISH!
