Cappuccino Toffee Brownie Cookies

My friend Megan of Delicious Dishings is off in the Caribbean having a great vacation. She asked some bloggers to write up guest posts to keep her blog going while she was off soaking up some sun. I wrote up a guest post about these Cappuccino Toffee Brownie Cookies. They’re seriously not to be missed. So go check them out on Megan’s blog.

Thanks. I have a rotating cake thingy for decorating cakes. They’re like $10 from Michaels. SO worth it for frosting layer cakes. Anyways, I spread the mousse on, then I just hold the knife and rotate the plate so it spins. Slowly pull the knife in towards the middle while it’s spinning and voila – a nice swirl! And it’s fun to do 🙂
