And the lucky fan is…
Last week I posted about my chance to meet my favorite Food Network star, Alton Brown.
It was a great experience. I had him autograph an extra copy of his new book, Good Eats, The Early Years for a lucky fan so that I could give it away on here. I loved reading all the things people love about AB. I’m definitely looking forward to making some more of his recipes now that I have two of his cookbooks.

As a reminder, you can still enter my Power of Pink Challenge until midnight (EST) on Saturday, October 31. Simply make something pink and get a chance to win a great pink prize.

And stay tuned next week when I’ll be featuring a Week of Pumpkin!
And now on to the reason you’re all here. The winner of the autographed cookbook. I used random.org to choose a random number between 1 and 319. And the lucky fan is…

I am Jen the Beantown Baker. Engineer by day and baking maven by night. Hubby serves as my #1 fan and official taste tester. We got hitched back in 2006. Barefoot. In the sand. With the waves crashing behind us. It was one of the best decisions we’ve ever made.

I would tackle this cookbook with my best friend! A joint custody kinda deal 🙂
I would keep it for myself but with no special inscription. Just to me.
as a pioneer church planting missionary in rural Paraguay i would have to use the book myself (although i may share with my team mates on occassions). the inscription: May you bless others through your hospitality and food.
I would keep this book for me and the inscription would read “To my favorite paper crafter – keep sharing your creativity. “
(a gal can hope right )

Definitely me! Just signed by her with no inscription – seems weird to tell someone to write something.
