And the lucky fan is…
Last week I posted about my chance to meet my favorite Food Network star, Alton Brown.
It was a great experience. I had him autograph an extra copy of his new book, Good Eats, The Early Years for a lucky fan so that I could give it away on here. I loved reading all the things people love about AB. I’m definitely looking forward to making some more of his recipes now that I have two of his cookbooks.

As a reminder, you can still enter my Power of Pink Challenge until midnight (EST) on Saturday, October 31. Simply make something pink and get a chance to win a great pink prize.

And stay tuned next week when I’ll be featuring a Week of Pumpkin!
And now on to the reason you’re all here. The winner of the autographed cookbook. I used random.org to choose a random number between 1 and 319. And the lucky fan is…

I am Jen the Beantown Baker. Engineer by day and baking maven by night. Hubby serves as my #1 fan and official taste tester. We got hitched back in 2006. Barefoot. In the sand. With the waves crashing behind us. It was one of the best decisions weβve ever made.

I’m confused by this bullet point:
“Include the logo and link back to this post in your post”
Does that mean our blog should link back to the post on your blog?
Nancy – when you post your entry in your blog, just include the logo with the pink ribbon and also include a link back to this post. This will help spread the word about the challenge. Let me know if you have other questions.
This is a really nice idea! Love it!
Fantastic! I’m hoping to participate this year π
Hi Jen! Just in case you haven’t seen yet, I had baked some cookies for another cause but realized they’re pink too π I already entered your contest with the pink M&M cookies, but feel free to stop by and take a look at my pink rose sugar cookies π
