What’s Baking January Round Up

This month, I had the privilege of hosting the What’s Baking challenge. I chose a theme to encourage people to “Try Something New For the New Year”. I hope that the other bakers enjoyed the excuse to make something they have never tried before. In no particular order, here are what the other bakers made:

Stephanie from Brownies and Blondies made Swiss Meringue Buttercream

Jade from The Mess Pot made Warm Apple Bread Pudding

Jessica from The Jey of Cooking made Cinnamon Chip Bread

Dani from Cloud 8 1/2 made Cinnamon Rolls

Heather from Hezzi-D’s Books and Cooks made Cranberry Orange Scones

And last but not least, I made Mini Whole Wheat Bagels

Be sure to watch for the What’s Baking recipes coming in February. Dunne’ from With a Cherry On Top will be hosting. She has selected a theme of “Baked with Love”. We will all be making an item that would be appropriate for a great Valentine’s Day menu.
