Me in a Mosiac

I saw this on Robyn’s blog and thought it was a really neat idea.

Here’s how it works:
1. Type your answer to each of the questions below into flickr search.
2. Using only the first page of results, pick one image.
3. Copy and paste each of the URLs for the images into Big Huge labโ€™s mosaic maker to create a mosaic of the picture answers.

The questions:
1. what is your first name?
2. what is your favorite food? right now?
3. what high school did you go to?
4. what is your favorite color?
5. who is your celebrity crush?
6. what is your favorite drink?
7. what is your dream vacation?
8. what is your favorite dessert?
9. what do you want to be when you grow up?
10. what do you love most in life?
11. what is one word that describes you?
12. what is your flickr name?

Special thanks to all the photos that made up my mosiac:
1. โ€œHow to Become a Millionaire in 100 Days,โ€ 2007, 1,000,000 Pieces of Hand-Cut Paper, by Jen Stark, 2. Hinamatsuri sushi, 3. Central Catholic, 4. Purple Poppy, 5. coconut magarita, 6. Tunnels Beach, Kauai, 7. Dark Chocolate, Raspberry Cake and its Chocolate-Ginger Mousse, 8. That’s so awesome, I’d love to meet him too! I tried the chewy and it didn’t work out, but I blame that on myself. NONE of my cookie recipes turn out right, and I can’t figure out what I’m doing wrong…

I can’t believe I’ve found such a huge Alton Brown fan. He’s like the food version of Mr. Wizard, another nerd show I watched back in the day. I think Good Eats and Iron Chef America are my two favorite Food Network shows. Your night sounds like a blast, I’m sorry I didn’t hear about it and get to join in fun.

Joe – did you see the 10th anniversary episode? Apparently when he was dreaming up the show he said he wanted it to be Julia Child + Mr Wizard + Monty Python.

Sorry to make everyone jealous, and I do agree that he looks TOO skinny.

Everyone be sure to check back tomorrow for a big AB giveaway!

    Oh wow, how cool!!
Alton Brown is ultimate because he actually teaches you WHY you do things in certain recipes. A lot of steps that I would probably skip I learn why I shouldn’t

I am a new follower of your blog (which I must say is an absolute inspiration with me having just started my own. I hope that one day mine can be half as good as yours!) and I literally squealed when I saw this post. I’m a huge fan of Alton too. What a guy! ๐Ÿ™‚
